All sales of digital products, including eBooks and online courses, are final.

No refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed.

Private Lesson Services

For private lesson services, refunds are available under the following conditions:

• You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

• If a lesson is scheduled within that 7-day window, the refund request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the first lesson.

• If no lesson has been scheduled, you have the full 7 days from the purchase date to request a refund.

Refund requests do not require any justification and will be honored automatically, provided the conditions above are met.
