Who is Luiz Hauck?
Luiz Hauck is a composer, guitarist, and music teacher who began his musical journey at age 7, inspired by Brazilian guitar.
He graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Composition from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and was a finalist in 2024 at the Tinta Fresca Festival with his orchestral composition Íntima Odisseia, performed by the Minas Gerais Philharmonic Orchestra.
Recognizing the great importance of fluent music reading—often neglected and a common cause of dropout among beginners—he started developing the Words Method, based on Konnakol and Kodaly, that teaches sheet music like a living language, emphasizing intuitive practice over overly theoretical and mathematical approaches.
